Mystic Sea Cottage
Mystic Sea is a luxurious 4 bedroom 2 story cottage located in St.
Peters Harbour. It is situated on a .73 acre lot, at the end of a dead
end lane. The 2 stories make it a spacious and relaxing family
accommodation.
The beach is a 5 minute walk away and you have a view of it from the
deck as well as an ocean view from the 2nd floor.
Downstairs is an open living area which has a kitchen/breakfast corner,
dining area and a living-room with a large stone fireplace, a wood
beamed ceiling, and hardwood floors. The kitchen boasts a beautiful
slate floor with a marble top counter, and is equipped with a washer
and dryer.
There is a small bedroom (one single bed) off the dining area, where
you will find a PlayStation 2 and wide selection of games for both the
young and old. A three piece bathroom with shower can be found off the
kitchen. Also off the kitchen, is a little walkway that leads to a
large and romantic master bedroom (queen bed) that has an ensuite
complete with Jacuzzi for 2 and also patio doors going to the deck with
its beautiful ocean view. This master bedroom is very private and
comfortable.
Upstairs you will find two charming mansard rooms. One very peaceful
bedroom with a double bed. The other is perfect for kids, with 2 single
beds.
The house is fully furnished with all fresh linen, beach and bath
towels, washer and dryer, all kitchen accessories, fans and ceiling
fans, stone fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, stereo (collection of movies
and CDs), a large selection of board games and books, PlayStation 2
(complete with 2 game pads and games), high speed satellite internet
connection with wireless router, bicycles, beach chairs, outdoor toys,
and outdoor shower (hot and cold water) to wash up from a day at the
beach. *** NEW *** this season is an elevated gazebo with excellent
ocean views. This 12′ x 12′ structure is steps away from the master
bedroom. The gazebo is fully furnished with outdoor furniture.
